The operating model is thin: stake SOL, earn yield. At peak, that yield was £297,000. Now it is £72,000. Two forces drove the decline. Supernova sold SOL to meet obligations, shrinking the staking base. And Solana's staking yields compressed. The company is consuming its own income-producing capital to survive.
